Career Readiness isn’t just something for the Career Center. Hear directly from faculty members representing a variety of institutions and disciplines about their approaches in incorporating competencies into the curriculum. From single assignments to full curricular overhauls, panelists will share their personal experiences and insights into the important role faculty have in the success of institution-wide competency development.

Competency Symposium: Our free and engaging virtual series is designed to discuss and share strategic institution-wide approaches to career competency within the framework of our foundational outcomes: academic achievement, career readiness, life preparedness, and social justice. Each pillar session will feature facilitated conversations with different guests followed by a time for questions.
