This session will offer strategic and practical means to engage co-curricular campus partners in an institution-wide competency development initiative. This panel will feature co-curricular leaders from a variety of fields who will discuss how they have helped students connect and articulate their co-curricular experiences to life after college.

Competency Symposium: Our free and engaging virtual series is designed to discuss and share strategic institution-wide approaches to career competency within the framework of our foundational outcomes: academic achievement, career readiness, life preparedness, and social justice. Each pillar session will feature facilitated conversations with different guests followed by a time for questions.
