Graduate Student Seminar - Tailoring Your Resume

It might take you 30 hours to work on your resume, but an employer will take less than 30 seconds to review it. One version of your resume isn’t enough. This seminar will provide graduate students with tips, formats, and approaches to targeting your resume to make you stand out from other applicants. It is important to understand what companies expect to see in a resume for both content as well as layout. Unique cover letters should accompany every resume so learn the best way to write a cover letter.

Mock Interview Marathon Morning

The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) will be holding a Mock Interview Marathon Morning. This event will allow you to practice your interview skills with an employer or drop-in with a counselor! These sessions are 30 minutes long where you can discuss any questions you would like or we will provide you with some. Mock Interview Marathon will be held in the Michelin Career Center on Wednesday, January 16th from 9 AM-12 PM.
