Graduate Student Seminar- Tailoring Your Resume
It might take you 30 hours to work on your resume, but an employer will take less than 30 seconds to review it. One version of your resume isn’t enough. This seminar will provide graduate students with tips, formats, and approaches to targeting your resume to make you stand out from other applicants. It is important to understand what companies expect to see in a resume for both content as well as layout. Bring a hard copy of a resume and position description with you, so you can leave the workshop with a critiqued and tailored resume. |

Mock Interview Marathon
The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) will be holding a Mock Interview Marathon. This event will allow you to practice your interview skills with an employer or drop-in with a counselor! These sessions are 30 minutes long where you can discuss any questions you would like or we will provide you with some. Mock Interview Marathon will be held in the Michelin Career Center on Thursday, January 18 from 9-3 PM. This is a great opportunity to practice and network with employers before the Career Fair.
