Do you want to come to the career fair but have no idea what to expect or how to prepare? Are you terrified at the thought of networking at a career fair? Don’t be! We can help you prepare, feel confident, and put your best foot forward. This interactive session will go over the fair logistics…what to wear, what to do, what to expect. Also, learn about how to talk about yourself and our core competencies to employers.

Eastman, Itron, Hubbell Lighting and ScanSource will be here to give you their top do’s and don’ts. This is an excellent, informal networking opportunity.

Mock Interview Marathon

The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) will be holding a Mock Interview Marathon. This event will allow you to practice your interview skills with an employer or drop-in with a counselor! These sessions are 30 minutes long where you can discuss any questions you would like or we will provide you with some. Mock Interview Marathon will be held in the Michelin Career Center on Thursday, September 19th from 9 AM-12 PM. This is a great opportunity to practice and network with employers before the Career Fair. If you have any questions, please email cucareercenter@gmail.com or call 864-656-0440.
