Assessing students’ competency development and articulation can occur at the micro (individual) and macro (aggregate) levels. This session’s panel will explore the why, means, and tools to assess competency development and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Competency Symposium: Our free and engaging virtual series is designed to discuss and share strategic institution-wide approaches to career competency within the framework of our foundational outcomes: academic achievement, career readiness, life preparedness, and social justice. Each pillar session will feature facilitated conversations with different guests followed by a time for questions.
