Career Fairs and Events

The Center for Career and Professional Development offers a series of special events throughout the academic year. These events bring employers to campus to meet students, discuss employment opportunities, arrange for interviews or conduct preliminary screening of candidates, and provide a more personalized touch to the job search process. Career fairs offer students at all stages of their career development a unique opportunity to get first-hand knowledge of employment trends and specific job openings. Students at all levels of their educational experience are invited and encouraged to attend.

Part-time Job Fair

Student Information and Employer Information / Registration


On-campus and local off-campus employers will be on hand to discuss current and/or future part-time job opportunities. This fair is a quick and efficient way for students to get their resume to local employers looking to hire Clemson students.

Clemson University Career Fairs

The Center for Career and Professional Development hosts the only campus-wide career event. Day one will focus on Technical majors and industries and day two will focus on non-technical majors. Hundreds of employers attend looking to connect with Clemson students.

The Fall Career Fair is full and no longer accepting employer registrations. The Spring Career Fair information and registration will be up in mid to late October.


September 20, 2016 - Engineering, Computing and Science Fair, Fike Recreation Center, Noon-5:00 pm

September 21, 2016 - Business, Non-Profit and Government Fair, Fike Recreation Center, Noon-4:00 pm

Construction Industry Fair

Employer Information | Student Information | Employer Registration


This fair offers the opportunity for students to network with employers specifically in the construction industry. Students who are seeking internships and full-time jobs in this industry are encouraged to attend.

The Fall Construction Industry Career Fair is full and no longer accepting employer registrations. The Spring Career Fair information and registration will be posted in late October.


Wednesday, October 5, 2016 – Madren Conference Center, 2:30 - 6 pm

Education Career Fair

This fair is directed specifically to those students looking for full-time teaching opportunities in education.
