The session will define competency development and career readiness relative to all types of institutions. A panel, representative of diverse institution types and approaches, will demonstrate that an institution-wide initiative is a means to student success that positively impacts academic achievement, career readiness, student retention/persistence, new student recruitment and life preparedness.
