They are searching for candidates who demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitude (a.k.a. competency) necessary for success in their respective environments. This session will help students understand the sought-after core competencies and learn how to clearly articulate the depth of their experiences throughout the job search process, including writing a resume and preparing for an interview.
